For those professionals who know a lot about hackers and IP address can any of you give me advice and tell me if hackers can get your house ip address.

the most I could do is run like 20 concurrent pings but that would destroy my Internet before doing anything
Their firewall could also block pings.
but that isn’t very nice

because not returning pings is bad
But can pose a security risk for public networks.
