Since I'm late to the party, will someone please explain what the heck “ratio” means on here?

Okay I'm not up on all the trends 
a ratio occurs when a comment (on twitter most commonly) gets more likes/retweets than the original post the comment is posted on. on wasteof it means a repost gets more more likes than the post being reposted. essentially what daily news described below.

a ratio in a place such as twitter would be an overwhelming level of comments/retweets compared to likes. on this platform, it usually means a repost got more hearts than the original post.
