The goal of the project is to be useful to Scratchers. Providing other forms of auth would most likely result in spam.

Yikes - I'll warn you, Safari is a really hard browser to work with. Especially if you can't get any sort of logs, I can't help you :(

Hmm… yeah, all of the issues I'm being reported are related to Safari. Safari is just so far behind Chrome and Firefox in terms of compatibility. If at all possible, get some devtools logs or try another browser.
