why? also you are the last person who I would expect to buy one
well my requirements for a laptop are thin and light, and should have good battery life and build quality. that rules out like 90% of windows laptops, and my budget is pretty high (google money) so i decided it would be a good idea to get myself the new macbook air since it’ll last a while.

if you have that much money I would get the m1 pro MacBook Pro (only $800 more and like actually much better)
