android is better because you can download apks and play games that were de listed or even play hacked versions of games with features unlocked for free
sorry micah but in terms of games iOS is surely better. if you want to have a free device and unlimited customizability, android wins.
I'm really not sure what you're talking about - what iOS exclusive games make the platform so much better? Not to mention that Google Play Games is a million times better experience than Game Center (last time I tried it)
Quality of games in general. Average ratings for iOS games are in the 4-5 stars range whereas Android’s is 3-4. And optimization is the biggest factor, games run smoother and require less resources like RAM to perform well. Let’s not talk about thermal throttling tho 
(tbh phones aren’t meant for 120FPS games with ridiculous graphics but okay)
ios = Better Ui and Style Android = Better flexibility and like a mini computer
