I’ll go first: a 40 deep 65 wide desk, positioned so it comes out of the wall like this |- a runner with shelving coming out so that it’s parallel to the wall and the shelves face the wall. The wall behind me is just far enough that there’s a comfortable gap between the runner and the wall. This creates an enclosed space with a wall on the left side, a wall behind me, a desk in front, and a runner on the right side. The wall on the left has an alcove running the length of the wall from the desk to the wall behind me. This is about 1 foot 6 inches high (45.72 cm). I can store things in here, as well as a lot of books. There’s LED lighting on the underside of the alcove and the desk. As for the setup itself, the whole thing is run by a NZXT cased pc with liquid cooling, an i9 and an RTX 4090. There’s one of those monitors that are rotated so its longer up and down on my right side, an Alienware 360hz 1440p monitor (back looks good and the monitor is decent), and another one of those on my left. I have a flow.shop deskmat (hope this doesn’t get taken down for advertising) and a Satisfaction 75 with NK Creams and Everglide stabilizers (I wish I had the budget for that alone in real life). The mousepad is an Artisan Hien with a Finalmouse TenZ mouse (not cause I like the streamer, its cause I like the mouse). Secretlab Chair - Sneki Snek chairmat. Everywhere outside the desk is empty, with a super-soft carpet. Bean bags everywhere. Mini fridge in corner.
