i think the official rules say that 12 to 3 am is fine, but i personally think that should be reduced to 12 to 2 am
No 3 am definitely counts, personally I would say 12 am doesn't count tho
Iām pretty sure 99% of all nighty mornings (most of them happen in a school group chat) happen at 12 AM, it should definitely be counted.
I just checked the rulebook and it says from 11:55 pm to 3:59 am. More lenient than I thought.
