feeling sad rn, one of my friends has a deep depression, he wants to do the "unthinkable" for me, and he says i cant change his mind. its really hard to get through this situation, and i drop tears every single time i think about it. ;(

hey do you think performing an intervention with a professional or a group of people he cares about might help? that sounds really concerning and stressful, and it can be really hard to work with that alone
