what are you contacting them about?
basically, i was a stupid child 2-3 years ago, stole my mother’s credit card and bought 2 eshop games, ofc i got in trouble
fast foward to a month ago, i got my 2ds xl from storage, charge it up, open eshop out of curiosity, and i was greeted with a 005-5964 error message, assuming im banned from the eshop
while i dont care about eshop access, im getting a new 3ds xl next month and i plan on system transferring, only for which system transfer needs eshop access
and i forgot to say im talking about the 3ds eshop
You’ve probably already contacted them, but I’m sure they’ll help you out if you explain all of this to them. You’ve nothing to worry about
