That I’m joking? I know what tonetags are and that they are helpful non some contexts but aren’t here (people should know you aren’t in 2048 as time travel isn’t possible), which is what I’m joking about

Are you serious? People might not know that someone saying that they are in 2048, a year 15 years away, is joking, and instead may be confused what year they are in? How can you be confused what year you’re in, let alone think you’re in a year in 25 years? Is this how woke we’ve become?

You may find it obvious. Some people don’t. This is a fact.

You need common sense here, not tone tags. This is a fact.

And a lot of people simply just can’t. This is like saying “don’t be sad” to someone who’s depressed (this is not a perfect example, but good enough)
