you could probably install proxmox to it, but if you do that you should probably get a wired connection to it via ethernet. with proxmox, you can make vms in windows or whatever linux distro you want to mess with, and install things like pi-hole and other stuff.
you can also make lxc containers which run linux but use significantly less RAM than a VM.
You could also install fedora server with docker (that’s what i’m doing)

I upgraded the RAM actually. It was 8
