The main benefit nowadays is that it directly supports the artist. Streams are barely worth anything, even if you stream an artist a lot they would likely make more money off of just a couple of digital album sales at say 9.99 than tons of streams combined

You can listen offline, and there are no ads. But yeah I agree I don’t think it’s super worth it
