pull out of the little part of Michigan that borders Wisconsin, and keep fighting for ohio with whatever i have left
all you realistically have to do is pick a massive state and instantly start with 400000 troops + pullout = 600000
When you pull out you lose the troops from that state, also I agree pulling out is a little OP
