Since I missed a week of school, now I have to complete a whole science project within 24 hours. Great. Just GREAT.
I would love to lol
Atomic bonds, yeah.
Covalent bonds yuh.
They share valence electrons, filling up the other shell.
They make up things that we see, taste, and smell.
All they gotta do is make their atoms stable.
Looks like doing that they’re able.
They do not conduct electricity yuh.
They have low melting and boiling points bruh.
They were first discovered in 1919 but they were around for longer than Adam and Eve, yuh.
There is more than one type of atomic bond, bruh.
Ionic bonds yuh,
Happens when an atom gives an electron to a negative ion.
Their opposite sides attract each other,
Like magnets,
Thus bonding one another.
That makes them stable.
Now you’ve got a molecule that can make up a table.
Atomic bonds yeah.
Atomic bonds yeah.
Atomic bonds yeah.
Atomic bonds yeah.
Now there is one type more
And let’s talk about it so I can cover its lore.
Metallic bonds, yeah.
Outer shells overlap,
Every atom is closely packed.
But… the valence electrons are free to move when an electrical field is applied.
They bond between metal atoms,
Something the others lacked.
This is why metals are good conductors.
When a metal is shaped or drawn, it does not break.
The ions are displacing one another, bruh.
That’s it for my little rap,
There’s no more information for me to unwrap.
I guess it’s time to sign off and take a little nap.
(information not 100% accurate, idc honestly if it’s due in like 8 hours… This was made by me entirely, now I have to make a beat)
