I get distracted on YouTube shorts all the time so I want to block it but I don’t want to block all of YouTube because I don’t get distracted by normal videos. Anyone know a way to block just the /shorts/* path? On Mac of course

YouTube blocks shorts if you turn off history.
Not exactly the same, but I use Unhook. You can use it to get rid of a lot, primarily recommended videos
Yeah I got an extension and blocked some stuff but it still doesn’t solve the problem, I’m still getting distracted. I may need to block YouTube entirely (at least whenever I don’t need it) if I keep getting distracted
Uhh, there are hundreds of shorts blockers for edge/chrome. I would assume there are a decent bit for safari as well.
I believe you can block specific url paths using the screen time app?
Yeah I asked my dad if he could do that and he said it only does full domains
