There may have been some miscommunication. You can only run the Earth Simulator on EarthOS, not MacOS or Linux.

You see, the simulation emulates older operating systems on simulated computers, as to have high parity with outside the sim.

ok, but if the earth is gonna go to all that trouble, why not just make macos and linux fully compatible?
