the tiktok one? its a leak so thats all we have. you can technically use it in bedrock edition if you downgrade to 1.16.40
if “the tiktok one” means the cape they accidentally had stored on the minecraft website as an image, then yes.
also - with all these new capes, i wonder if the valentines’ cape will ever be brought back?
