lmao i found a way to bypass a blocked cmd prompt with just windows installation media. Boot into the windows install but do not install, press shift f10 to get a prompt. From here go to the system32 folder and rename osk.exe to osk1.exe. Then rename cmd.exe to osk.exe and quit the installer. Boot back into windows but do not log in, open the on screen keyboard at the bottom of the menu, and you get an admin command prompt without even logging in. From here you can make an admin account to bypass schools restrictions. Make sure you rename both of the files back once you are done so you dont get caught! ;)
