Why 0.1? Because it looks funky, and we’re in the Passive Phase. You can’t attack anyone just yet.

Player maps will be created Soon™, it’ll take a fair bit of work. You’ll be given your resources and population then.

Farmhouse built. I’m not sure what exactly you want mined, though. You’ve also expended all harvest uses this turn.
Grain fields, like all other resources that are already present, can be collected immediately. However, they cannot regrow naturally, unlike resources on the Main Map.
