1, 2, 3, 3.14.., 10, 11, 12, 13, 13.14.., 20, 21……? How would a non-integer base work?

I’m not sure but it’s a thing apparently

I’m guessing the place value would go somwthing like 1, π, π to the 2nd power, π to the 3rd, and so on and so forth.

I think I was close enough, but I didn’t understand everything. Apparently, it’s not very useful as well because it’s a non-integer base which makes lots of integers in other bases into irrational numbers
