After some initial feedback, there have been changes to this policy.
Killing, in all forms, is now allowed. Taking the items the victim has dropped is also fair game.
Stealing and griefing is still, for the time being, not allowed.
After some consideration, I have decided to impose a strict zero-tolerance policy on griefing, stealing, and killing of players. This is a difficult decision to make based on the makeup of the server currently, but it is best for everyone.
The main exception to this rule is if there is a mutually declared conflict between all parties involved.
