I have installed many APKs on this device before this and suddenly it’s not supported? Huh??

Edit: I can use UpToDown’s APK Installer off of the Google Play. I’ve used this since day one of finding out Android could install APKs because it was convenient, but now I’m forced to, wtf Google??

that APK is probably the wrong arch

No, Package Manager said it had a problem parsing every APK, including one's I've already installed. So I restarted, and package manager literally is not installed anymore
