I've been on a plane four times in my conscious life. Never have I ever seen anyone do this
not as bad as clapping after the movie 
But the drivers are under a lot of pressure especially if they’re new
It's just to be nice

Being a plane driver is hard, you could at least be nice about it
when the postman delivers the post he doesn’t get an applause, also it’s not hard there's a reason plane crashes are so rare

Plane driving is hard, it's because plane drivers have a lot of training they manage to not crash. And you think that's worthy of being absolutely ignored?
