I've uploaded 25 Mario Maker levels, which is exactly a fourth of the amount of levels I am able to upload. I've only been playing the game with online features for maybe five days. Without online features, I've had it for a year, which explains how I am able to upload so quickly. I've already finished a ton of levels, and a lot of them I have already cleared and are ready to be uploaded.
