red, the colour of love

i like the sound of rain and thunder, it’s so therapeutic to listen to, the feeling of being inside while outside there’s a storm going on is nice, there’s something soothing about it, it’s like it washes away all the bad things and i’m just listening to it while lying in a bed, or looking out at it while thinking about something

the stars are so beautiful and peaceful, they could be our best way to find comfort when it feels like we’re all alone, if we look to the night sky and all of the stars that are millions of miles away, we can know that we are not alone, we have the universe above us to look to, and trillions of stars to fill our hearts

one of the best things about summer is the chance to go swimming, the pool is warm, the sun is high, you’ve got music, and most of all, the water feels incredible, it could be a lake or the sea, as long as it’s good swimming conditions like those then it’s amazing

when you realise a guy you have a huge crush on is still single after 6 months and it kinda gives you false hope that you and him could be a thing one day, and deep down you know it’ll never happen but still keep that hope there regardless of how low your chances actually are :(
