I really hate it when people on the Scratch Forums make suggestions for features that will never be used by 99% of the population just because they “need it for a project”. Seriously, just figure out how to make the effect or work around it yourself!
One of the things programming is about is how to do things with the tools you have, not get everything you need given to you on a silver platter.

actual feedback on the beta:
Everything is really good! I really like the new messages and profile pages (custom links, finally!), and your custom profile color carrying over into other parts of the site (like text colors) is a really nice touch.
My only complaint is the font. I don't really like terminal/courier new. I would really like a way to switch between different fonts.
