So I actually just got a response - that was fast! They told me to resubmit and it'll go through. First time I've actually had a decent experience with Google Play Support.
Y’all, Google Play is broken. I got @wasteofmobile published but I try to submit an update and they block it ;-;
UPDATE: I submitted an appeal. I’m tired of dealing with Google’s inconsistent policies.
