does eleventeen count as a random number?
we only have half a clue of how our squishy meat computers work, and we have absolutely no idea how consciousness even exists so good luck figuring that out. maybe quantum stuff could generate a genuine random number or maybe not, the concept of true randomness is pretty interesting though.
