i would love if scratch implemented scripting with javascript or c++ (or python)
it would attract a lot more people to the platform including me, and it would help people get a basic understanding of text-based langs

doesn't snap have some JS capabilities?
not sure, but it does have blocks allowing you to interact with the URL and things

i also found MakeCode, Arcade is cool since you can make games similar to Scratch in Javascript and Python
