I managed to get Subspace, Solarity and Balance Energy unlocked since my last update. I can't help but notice that Balance resets progress on Hindrances, but doesn't have any milestones preventing them from being reset. Since Magic is tied closer to Hindrance Spirit, I'd assume that it has the milestone in question.
