yea tru but i mean like ur opinions will get swayed easily, like ppl can easily be manipulated in this way, where ur only told stuff to confirm ur own biases, leading to them becoming more extreme

Yes, but that’s still better than all out flame wars sometimes.

Flame wars can be avoided by not responding, but you can still try to see the other side's ideas. It's called open-mindedness

It depends on:

  1. The extremity of the topic

  2. Whether your response is reasonable to the topic or not

I don’t understand what you mean but that sounds reasonable
