Here’s an expanded icon set for the new iOS 18 dark themed icons (tinted icons will be supported when @oren is ready to update the app). The top set are the official light and dark icons. The bottom are a custom set of dark icons I made for fun that don’t adhere to the new Apple guidelines.

Here’s some alt app icon colours that @oren asked me to make a while ago (the colours are from Apple’s official guidelines so don’t ask me why some are like they are lol)

What guidelines are there, and why do these break them?

There are a ton of guidelines for basically every element of every Apple OS from iOS all the way to other stuff like macOS, iPadOS, visionOS, watchOS, etc. Specifically though Apple has added new guidelines for dark themed icons coming in iOS/iPadOS 18, found here: https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/app-icons#iOS-iPadOS - basically, Apple wants you to provide a transparent image of just the app icon which it will overlay on top of a dark background (seen in the top image I posted). The bottom ones are my own custom gradient backgrounds that break that guidance.
