Holy cow my computer is dying inside. It’s Memory usage is at like 3.65 GB… and it’s super slow right now… help

have you run any sort of antivirus to check why its going so slow?
ChromeOS doesn’t seem to have that for as far as I know. It’s a little better after restart, 1.3 GB Memory free now but still kinda slow.
