Hot take: I miss the old Mark Rober. His older videos really seemed way more education-centered, with some fun elements sprinkled in there for balance. It was a nice compromise. Today, though, his videos seem to be getting more clickbaity and leaning more to the public-appeal aspect, which really ruins it for me.
I feel like a similar thing happened with Kurgestart (may have spelled it wrong) their thumbnails and titles feel way more clickbaity

but in all seriousness, i also feel like their thumbnails and titles are a little bit more clickbaity as of late, but i feel that the videos are just as good. keep in mind that kurz is a channel mostly centered towards the age group of like 9-12, and getting the attention of that age group does honestly require a little bit of clickbait. i do appreciate that they’ve evidently tried to keep it to a minimum to keep the legitimacy of their videos.
true, although it really throws me off because I usually just never click anything I think looks clickbaity so I just don’t watch their videos anymore as a result
